We have a 7-day credit policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a credit.
To be eligible for a credit, we require photographs of the damage, the packaging and what care you have done for the plants since receiving.

In some circumstances CleanGROW will send a representative to inspect the damaged goods. CleanGROW reserve the right to inspect, collect and photograph in situ the disputed goods.
If your claim is accepted, we will complete a refund and credit note or if agreed, replace items with like or exact.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correction can be fulfilled.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept return on plants after 7 days of receipt. While we do freight in the quickest possible way, we are not responsible for freight delays from third parties.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
