Shipping policy

Where possible we deliver personally for an agreed price per plant that is commensurate with commercial shipping pricing structures.

CleanGROW also utilises Air freight to Main Ports, including regional Australia. It is the responsibility of the client to organise collection from these depots as CleanGROW only charges for the costs associated to that depot.

Australia Post may be utilised for small addresses that are not accessible by Air freight or personal delivery. Pricing structure can vary and the customer is required to indicate if insurance is required.

Due to fluctuating market changes freight prices will be calculated and added to your invoice at the time of dispatch.
