PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDER TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO DIFFERENCES IN THE TIME IT TAKES TO GROW PLANTS IN A LABORATORY SETTING. GENERALLY IT TAKES A MINIMUM OF 6 TO 12 MONTHS, SOME MAY BE QUICKER, OTHERS MAY BE SLOWER.

Sold in 2 trays of 50, totalling 100 plants minimum.

Long trailing vines with dusty purple coloured berries are a feature of the delicious Boysenberry (Rubus ursinus x idaeus). Thought to be a hybrid between Thornless Blackberry, American Dewberry, Loganberry and Raspberry, the fruit is aromatic and a little tart to taste. Harvest early summer. For best results train plants over a trellis and remove old dead canes in winter, leaving only vigorous healthy canes to produce the next crop. Protect fruit from extreme heat and ensure adequate water while fruit develops. Pick fruit when fully ripe for maximum sweetness. Prefers full sun to part shade.

Please see our hints and tips page for ideas on how to care for trailing berries.
